These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Spark UC Bot via Telegram (@SparkUCBot), the website www.pubgredeemerbot.com, and the HTTP API at api.pubgredeemerbot.com. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description
Spark UC Bot provides a tool to redeem PUBG Mobile UC / Midasbuy-style redemption codes to player IDs, player lookup, subscription-based access, optional HTTP API, and USDT wallet billing inside Telegram.

2. No affiliation with game publishers
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Krafton, Tencent, PUBG Mobile, Midasbuy, or any game publisher. PUBG® and related marks are property of their owners. You must comply with the game’s terms of service.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or legal minimum in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding digital goods and cryptocurrency.

4. Account & access
Access is tied to your Telegram account. Keep your Telegram account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding API keys.

5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in USDT from your in-bot balance for 30-day periods with stated daily limits. Limits reset every 24 hours. Multiple active plans may combine limits as described in the bot. The HTTP API add-on requires an active base plan.

6. Refund policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by law or at our discretion for verified service errors or duplicate charges. Unused trial redemptions are free and not billed. Contact @sparkuc_support for billing disputes.

7. Acceptable use
You may not: abuse the service, circumvent limits, use stolen codes or funds, attack our systems, resell access in violation of these Terms, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. API terms
API use requires a valid key and active subscription. Rate limits apply. You must not share keys publicly or scrape beyond documented limits. We may revoke keys for abuse.

9. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific redemption speeds, or that third-party codes will always succeed. Game publisher policies may affect redemption outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or game account issues arising from incorrect player IDs you submit.

11. Termination
You may stop using the service anytime. We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach, fraud, or operational reasons.

12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
